DR MICHAEL LINTON

Partner - MB ChB Manchester 1996 DRCOG DFFP

Dr Linton qualified from Manchester University in 1996 and following this he entered into a surgical training programme before changing his path several years later towards General Practice. He started working at Stonefield Street Surgery in October 2004 and he is currently the Senior Partner of our now, new and improved, Stonefield Surgery. He has always maintained an interest in surgery as the lead for minor surgery here at the practice. Outside of work he enjoys spending time with his family - 3 sons taking up a lot of his spare time. Travelling is also a particular passion and something he hopes to improve on after he finishes his time here!

DR SARAH CROWLEY

GP Partner - MB BS 2009 The University of Hull & University of York

Dr Crowley graduated from Hull York medical school in 2009. She moved over to Greater Manchester for GP training in 2011 and stayed in the area after this to work as a GP. She joined Stonefield Surgery in 2014, becoming a partner in 2015. She is lead for training in the practice, both for GP trainees and medical students. She also has an interest in Women's Health and provides contraceptive care for our patients. In his spare time, she enjoys looking after her dogs, spending time with family and friends, and travelling around the world.

DR CHRISTY DILLON

Partner – MBChB, GMC:7459413

Dr Dillon graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2014. She joined the surgery in 2020 and became one of the partners in 2022. She has a clinical interest in menopause management and one of her aims is to become a recognised menopause specialist. She completed the Diploma of the Royal College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology in 2023. She is also a GP clinical supervisor and has a keen interest in leadership and management in primary care. In her spare time she likes to cook, travel, walk her dog and keep fit. She enjoys taking part in different events such as the Manchester 10k, sprint triathlons and charity sporting events.

DR SAIMA AHMED

Salaried GP - MB ChB 2003 University of Manchester

Diploma in Paediatrics Dr Ahmed graduated from the University of Manchester in 2003. She joined the practice in 2012 as a salaried GP. She has a clinical interest in child health, women’s health, and dermatology. She is a busy mum of 3 and has no spare time, but likes to make time for reading, cooking, and enjoying the company of friends and family.
